2) We aim to provide accurate information in the materials we share. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through Dr Sup’s Dental Academy Ltd meet your specific requirements.
3) The classes can be attended live. If you miss it, you will not be able to get a recorded version. Live classes will not happen again in case you miss it.
4) A trial user may attend the class during your course to have a look at the live class. He or she will not live participate.
5) If you have been given live participation, you will get a chance to clarify about the way course will be delivered and not have any role in making any amendments to the way the course will be offered.
6) Dr Sup’s Dental Academy Ltd holds complete authority of all classes and can share them with other students.
7) Dr Sup’s Dental Academy Ltd holds complete authority of WhatsApp groups of Dr Sup’s Dental . All students who have joined for any of our courses will be in one paid group .
8) Timings of class may alter from 10 am to a max of 10:15 am for start and 5pm to a max of 5:30pm UK TIME for ending. Overseas students kindly check the time differences before joining the course.
9) In case there are some problems from your side in internet connectivity microphone and speakers, we will try our best to solve it. However kindly make sure they work before joining.
10) Skilled OSCEs and ME demonstration will be shown only in live hands-on session.
11) Recorded access to classes pertaining to other components like DTP/OSCES/ME will remain till you pass the exam/6 months whichever is earlier.
12) We extend full support in Dr Sup’s Dental Academy Ltd Courses. However, no change will be made to suit a student’s personal agenda.
13) We will use your photo, name, email address and postal address for Dr Sup’s Dental Academy Ltd purpose only and will be stored in our secured database.
14) In case of any mis-behaviour or any inappropriate remarks towards Dr Sup’s Dental Academy Ltd staff will result in immediate account closure and all access will be revoked.Remember no refund will be provided due to breach of the policies encountered.
15) Dental Materials, phantom head simulation units , dental equipments and other furnishings are sole property of Dr Sup’s Dental Academy Ltd . Any misuse or damages caused to these should be made aware to the tutor present at the venue if damages occur due to fault caused on purpose the penalty to repair the same will be charged to the candidates and it should be borne by them .
16) Strictly no recordings of the manikin sessions are tolerated and if breached Dr Sups Dental Academy Ltd preserves the right to end the candidate’s session and would withdraw any further courses to be offered and would ask the candidate to exit the venue immediately without any prior warnings.
17) These courses and fees are non refundable or non transferable under usual circumstances . Unless there is an emergency the candidate’s dates can be moved to a different date depending on our availability .
